Coil production with state-of-the-art technology

Relying on our extensive know-how and experience in the production of air coils, we will manufacture air coils and self-bonding coils for a wide range of uses according to your specifications. Using state-of-the-art winders, 95% of our productions are customer-specific solutions on objects. This includes custom products and those that are particularly difficult to manufacture. Air/self-bonding coils

Air coils and self-bonding coils for versatile uses. The self-supporting coils are ideally suited for the space-saving installation in housings and ferrite cores. A particularly interesting task is the development of special solutions.

Body coils

Achieve the highest level of individuality with our core coils. Our strengths include the production onto standard coil bodies and, in particular, the winding of customer-specific coil bodies. With materials ranging from various plastics to ferromagnetic objects, we meet the highest quality standards.

Sensor coils

Our sensor coils consist of air coils and high-quality ferromagnetic cup cores. Our materials allow us to meet the highest quality standards and to achieve ideal solutions for use in measurement technology.

Linear coils

We are raising the bar. With our fully automated production of linear coils, we are producing distinctive and high quality drive technology products.
