Reliable protection for custom further processing

Disc tags offer the perfect protection for your transponders: Laminated between two clear PET films, the transponders are waterproof and reliably protected against external environmental influences such as dirt, dust or moisture as well as for further processing.

Since the elements, due to their flat design, have no mechanical strength and the transponder could be damaged by bending or pressure, a further encapsulation is recommended as an additional protective feature. Due to the particularly thin design of 0.8 mm, disc tags are therefore optimally suited for use in key housings and other applications. By using a two-sided adhesive film, the transponders can even be used as a practical adhesive label.

We are not content with just offering standard products. That is why we are able to offer a variant with a so-called "self-destruct" PET in the low frequency area.
